Deep Sea Offshore Fishing Charters

With the Gulfstream the closest it gets to the Florida Coast, our offshore fishing charters instantly start the moment we leave the inlet!

Our fishery is 365 days a year, target species include Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel, Tuna, Wahoo, Cobia, Wahoo, Snapper and Grouper and more.

We encourage our customers to let us know what type of trip they would like and what species they would like to target. Any fish listed above can be caught on any method but obviously certain techniques are better than others when targeting certain species.

Live Bait / Kite Fishing & Vertical Jigging

Kite FishingHands down the best and most popular method for targeting everything off our coast. Flying a Kite allows us to fish more baits cover more water and ultimately catch more fish! This is our customers favorite trip because its extremely hands on. You need to be engaged the entire time making sure the baits are properly presented. There is nothing like watching a big Sailfish smash a bait on the surface or watching a Wahoo sky 30 feet out of the water with our bait hanging from its mouth! Our baits of choice are Goggle Eyes, Big Pilchards, Threadfin Herring, Blue Runners. In addition to fishing live baits, anglers can also take advantage of vertical jigging. If you are not familiar with vertical jigging it basically full contact fishing and takes some strength and stamina, but definitely pays off for those anglers who want to maximize their chance of catching fish. Some of our biggest Tuna of the year come off the jig.

Basic Live Bait Spread – This is perfect for smaller groups. You don’t always need 5-8 Rods in the water. With groups of 1-3 anglers we take advantage of our outriggers and create a nice spread of baits. We’ll have a couple baits on top a bait down deep. Anglers can also vertical jig while waiting for the live bait hit.

Trolling

Trolling has its advantages due to the fact we can cover lots of water throughout the trip. Trolling Rigged Ballyhoo, Strip baits, Split Tail Mullet are great methods for catching Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, King Mackerel and even Sailfish. The Spring and Summer months is when we do most of our trolling trips, but in the winter months for those anglers who want to target Wahoo we HIGHLY suggest the trolling trip. Trolling for Wahoo is hands down the best method for targeting these fish no matter the time of year.
