A world class fishery that is 365 days a year… The DEEP BLUE Captains Matt Eckert & Eric Mcdonald provide offshore deep sea fishing charters from Palm Beach to Boynton Beach, Florida. Our typical charter catches include Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo King Mackerel, Grouper, Snapper, Cobia, Sharks. We offer a variety of methods to target these species ( Live Bait, Kite Fishing, Trolling, Jigging, Bottom fishing, etc. ) Some anglers enjoy live baiting others trolling or bottom bouncing and vertical jigging. If you are unsure we will guide you in the best direction to make sure we maximize the chance of putting fish on the deck!
Lets Customize YOUR trip!
Let us know what you would like to target and how you would like to fish. This is very important to us and can make all the difference to the experience of the trip. Live baiting / Kite fishing is our most popular style of fishing. You can honestly catch anything on any given day and its very hands on for the anglers… Nothing beats watching a Sailfish or big Mahi slam your bait!
Trolling planners and skirted baits can also produce hits from all predators. Vertical Jigging while live baiting has become extremely popular over the past couple years. We have hooked everything from Cobia to Sailfish while jigging and is a great way to stay engaged fishing while live bait fishing.

Our trips are out of Palm Beach and Boynton Beach, FL. We have two boats regularly available and can accommodate groups up to six people per boat. Palm Beach and Boynton are our home inlets but we’ll fish waters as far south as Pompano Beach and as far north as Jupiter.

The page is always updated for the current month, but typically updated 1-2 times a month with pictures and information. Another great way to keep up with the current bite is to follow us on our Instagram and Facebook pages ( Links at the bottom of page ).
